The Safari Rally, one of the most challenging rounds of the World Rally Championship, will take place in Lake Naivasha from June 21 to June 25.

The event features a star-studded cast led by eight-time world champion Sébastien Ogier and Kalle Rovanperä of Finland.

Despite being a modern rally, many Kenyans are unaware of the event due to a lack of publicity.

The Ministry of Sports and Brand Kenya must capitalize on this opportunity to promote Kenya as a magical tourist destination.
