Naivas, one of Kenya’s leading supermarket chains, has recently opened its 95th outlet at One Stop in Karen.

This move is part of the company’s ambitious expansion plan to reach a total of 100 stores across the country.

The new Naivas outlet, located at the intersection of Lang’ata and Lang’ata South Roads, covers an impressive area of 10,000 square feet.

It boasts a clean and spacious environment for shoppers to enjoy their shopping experience.

One notable feature of this new store is its elevated food market model, which was first introduced at the Naivas Food market in Greenspan last year.

This innovative concept aims to provide customers with a wide range of high-quality food products in a convenient and accessible manner.

Willy Kimani, Naivas Chief Commercial Officer, expressed his excitement about the opening of the 95th branch and highlighted the company’s commitment to further expansion. “As we eliminate the opening of the 95th branch, we are also officially kicking off the move towards our goal of reaching 100 branches,” said Kimani.

He emphasized that Naivas’ growth has not only benefited customers but also suppliers both big and small, while raising retail standards as a whole.

The location of this new store is particularly significant as it marks Naivas’ entry into the upscale neighborhood surrounding Waterfront Mall.

With its strategic positioning, Naivas aims to cater to the needs and preferences of residents in this affluent area.

In terms of product offerings, fresh produce will occupy a substantial portion – approximately 41 percent – of the store space.

Alongside fruits and vegetables, customers can expect to find fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs) and other general products that meet their daily household needs.

Naivas’ expansion plans reflect its commitment to providing Kenyan consumers with convenient access to quality products.

As they continue on their #RoadTo100 journey, it is evident that Naivas is determined to solidify its position as a leading supermarket chain in the country.
